STAIN PROCESS
We start with selecting the wood with minimal imperfections.
The panels and frames are assembled then sent to the sanding department.
The stained sample brought from the customer’s home is then matched and ready to spray.
The first layer of stain is applied.

First layer of stain drying.
Sealer is now applied as a the second layer.
After the sealer cures, the panels & frames are sent back to the sanding department.
The final layer of topcoat is applied for a glossy finish.
After it cures it will be sent for final assembly and installation.
